Each year we host a gala dinner to recognise the success of the finalists and winners of the CitiPower Port Phillip Business Excellence Awards. It is the premier event for the Port Philliip Business Community.

 2006 Gala Dinner

The 2006 Awards dinner was held on Thursday 19 October at Carousel,  Aughtie Drive, Albert Park Lake.

The theme of the evening was: A Night with the Stars. Guests arrived on a red carpet, greeted by "paparazzi".

Our Star MC, Andrew Daddo, kept the night moving and the 420 attendees were entertained by star performances by the Emma Gilmartin Trio and Swing Patrol.

Then the stars of Port Phillip business were unveiled, as the 2006 Winners were announced.

2005 Awards Gala Dinner

Over 380 local Port Phillip businesses attended the 2005 CitiPower Port Phillip Business Excellence Awards gala dinner on Thursday 6 October. And what an evening it was.

With Circus Oz setting the mood together with roving entertainer TimTim, guests arrived to the circus decorated ballroom to be entertained by Cirucs Oz's amazingly flexible Sergei and Kareena the wonderful Queen of Hoops.

Ringmaster was the talented comedian Andrew Gill and Mike Finch, Artistic Director Circus Oz shared the Circus Oz story.

Feedback from the evening was extremely positive. Sponsors, local businesses and Port Phillip staff relaxed, networked and congratulated and celebrated the best of Port Phillip business for 2005.
