Port Phillip Business Association (PPBA) is an independent body working in the best interests of all businesses, large or small, within the Port Phillip municipality. Telstra
As part of their ongoing commitment to the community, Telstra has recently appointed a Metropolitan Area Management team to look after the "Southern" area of Metropolitan Melbourne.
